Service Lifecycle
While Connect3D provides marketing tools, guidance, and visibility, the client must distribute ads and materials to their network to grow their audience. Both clients and participants receive step-by-step support for setup and participation to ensure a smooth, engaging experience. Connect3D prioritizes quality facilitation, gathers data to assess outcomes, and provides thorough follow-up, including participant resources and a final event report for the client.
If a synchronous in-person and virtual event is required, the client must cover out-of-state travel and accommodation for one Connect3D operational staff member. The client is also responsible for any shortfall in virtual scene capacity and may benefit from revenue sharing if attendance exceeds 1.5 times the quota.
